Welcome to Carolina Laser Inc! These Terms of Service explain the rules for using our website and buying our personalized merchandise. By shopping with us, you agree to follow these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. What We Do
We sell custom-made merchandise designed just for you. Because each item is personalized, we make it based on the details you provide (like names, colors, or designs). Please double-check your order before submitting—it’s your responsibility to ensure the information is correct.
2. Orders and Payment
- Placing an Order: When you place an order, you’re agreeing to buy the item as shown in your order details.
- Payment: We accept credit cards, PayPal and Purchase Orders. You’ll pay in full when you order unless other arrangments are made. Prices are in USD, and do not include any taxes we’re required to collect. See our Sales Tax Policy for details or to be exempted.
- Order Confirmation: We’ll send you a confirmation email once your order is received. If we can’t fulfill it (e.g., due to stock issues), we’ll let you know and refund you.
3. Shipping
See the Shipping Policy for countries we ship. Shipping costs and times will be shown at checkout. Cost is based on weight, destination and service.
Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number.The tracking number goes to the primary email on the order. Though rare, delays caused by the shipping company are out of our control.
4. Returns and Refunds
- No Returns for Personalized Items: Since our products are custom-made for you, we don’t accept returns or exchanges unless there’s a defect or mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, damaged product, or manufacturing error).
- Defects or Issues: If something’s wrong with your order because of us, contact us within 14 days of delivery at sales@carolina-laser.com. For clarity you may send us photos of the issue. We’ll either replace the item or refund you—our choice.
- Your Responsibility: We’re not responsible for errors caused by incorrect info you provide (like typos in personalization details). No refunds or remakes will be offered in those cases.
5. Cancellations
Orders can’t be canceled once we start making your item. If you need to cancel, contact us ASAP at sales@legend-plates.com. Once an order is in production, it can't be cancelled.
6. Our Rights
We can refuse any order for any reason (e.g., if we suspect fraud or can’t fulfill it).
Product designs, images, and website content belong to us. Don’t copy or reuse them without our permission. We actively monitor the web for our work and will pursue all copyright infringments.
7. Your Responsibilities
Provide accurate info for your order and delivery.
Don’t use our site for anything illegal or harmful.
8. Liability
We do our best to make great products, but we’re not responsible for things beyond our control (like shipping delays or misuse of items).
If something goes wrong, our liability is limited to the cost of your order.
9. Changes to These Terms
We might update these terms from time to time. If we do, we’ll post the new version here with the updated date.
